AN EDITED VOLUME, ELECTRONIC ON-LINE JOURNAL, AND OTHER MEDIA
The RGDH also produces a number of outputs, including publications and products. Specifically, the First Annual Conference on Health Disparities (2006) resulted in securing a contract with Springer Publications for an edited volume: From Health Inequity to Equity in Health: A New Global Approach to Health Disparities (Wallace, Ed., in progress). The Second Annual Conference on Health Disparities (March 9th and 10th, 2007) seeks to gather the papers for a special inaugural issue of a new electronic on-line journal: Journal of Health Inequity to Equity in Health. This journal provides a venue for the peer-reviewed dissemination of articles devoted to health disparity reduction research, including some pieces focusing on the practice/intervention issues and scholarship focused on the parameters of the new burgeoning field of health disparity reduction.
